Challenge III

Here are the sets that everyone submitted and our critiques of each set. ♥noble beeyotch♥'s critique will be first followed by mine(shoegirl927).

S†εfi Wσlfgαηg Vση Fяankε- Congrats! very impressive performance, once again. I love how the chic top and pearls balance out the leather bandage mini and studded belt saving the outfit from going trashy. Every item is clearly visible and the layout is very sophisticated.

S†εfi Wσlfgαηg Vση Fяankε- Congrats on winning! This set was beautiful. I loved the layout and the picture really stood out and went with the whole theme of the set. Very “rocker chic”. Great job!



♥laina♥- The floral dress, flats, starbucks, the sunnies, it's all very summer appropriate. The little description you wrote for the set showed that you envisioned the complete look and put in a lot of thought. The only drawback in your look is that it is too ready-to-wear and not very high-fashion.

♥laina♥- I loved the summery feel of your set and it is very cheerful! You can clearly see all the jewelry that you selected and it goes well with the theme of your set. I like the way you put the text on the left side, it adds a nice touch to the set.



sylvester2074- I thought the little paragraph you put in the set describing your style was very true to the looks we have seen from you in the past as well as the latest one. I loved the color palette, black with little bursts of teal makes for a very powerful yet feminine look.

sylvester2074- The color theme of this set is beautiful!!!! It is very feminine yet still has an edge to it because of the jewelry you chose. The pictures you chose for the background fit in so well with the entire set.



QueenSheba♥ (is away)- You stayed very true to your own sense of style as a designer, which is what this challenge was about. The pastels were very spring-summer appropriate and the whole look was feminine and sugary. All the pieces were individually beautiful and hence made for a beautiful outfit.

QueenSheba♥ - I loved the pale colors in this set!!! It feels like “summer in a set”! The jewelry you picked for this outfit went together perfectly. The shorts, shirt, cardigan and shoes were all so cute! Great job!



Incubeautee- I love that you used such diverse pieces and successfully merged them into a cohesive outfit. The colors are very trendy even though you did not deliberately match any. Glad that the outfit retains its femininity without going overboard and has the right touches of edgy to it. The little paragraph in the notes was a perfect way to get your point across.

Incubeautee- I liked your set but felt that the clothes looked so small. I would have liked for them to be bigger so that they would be the focus of the set. I do however love the clothes that you did choose. That vest and those boots are great together!



charvidacharmer- I have to admit that at first glance, i was quite taken aback by your choice of color for the dress but kudos to you for making it work. You chose some very elegant and classy pieces to offset the eye-catching dress, which make the outfit look very fresh and young. I can see a daring fashionista going for this look.

charvidacharmer- Wow that is a bright dress! However, the set comes across as very elegant and pretty. So good job pulling that off with such a bright colored dress. The earrings and the clutch you chose made this a really pretty look.



EvaDonohoe..x - The outfit is very cute, wearable and summer-y. The pale colors of the outfit actually make the statement necklace stand out and be the center of attention, which works in your as well as the outfit's advantage. Also the layout is very precise and every item is clearly visible.

EvaDonohoe..x- I would totally wear this outfit! I love it all! Everything goes together so well. I like how you put in the “Starbucks” cup and the phone. The way you used the clutch in the background by making it bigger looks great as well.



lobsterlady- I can distinctly see your japanese inspiration in the outfit, and it very commendable that the outfit stays true to your sense of style. The accessories go very well with this style and I love that you chose to show how the outfit would look when put together, even if that meant compromising on the size of the items. On the whole, very adorable.

lobsterlady- I like the items you chose but wish that they were bigger so that you can see them fully. I thought all the little extras you put in this set were adorable though. I appreciate that you choose a theme for your set and executed it well.



ChLoee...☠♫ [TAKING REQUESTS]- The outfit is very wearable without losing its chicness and style. The little bursts of turquoise add the fun element hence making it interesting. The magenta tights actually tie the whole outfit together and i am glad you went for it. Elements like a denim vest paired with a grey trench and pale pink frock give a refreshingly eclectic touch.

ChLoee...☠♫ [TAKING REQUESTS]- I love the whole outfit! The shoes are great and the pictures you chose for the background have to be some of my favorite that I have seen! I liked them so much I put them in my items(lol)! Overall, it is just a very good set. Great job!



karazygonch (busyy)- The most interesting part of your outfit is that you restrained it to just two colors, with black being the dominant one. Makes the outfit very sophisticated and suave. The peacock print dress is so eye-catching that I am glad you did not put another bold piece in the set. The masculine harness boots complement the whole outfit perfectly.

karazygonch (busyy)- Those boots were the first thing that caught my eye, they are so cool. The dress you chose was so different, yet it goes so well with everything that you chose to put in this set. I also love how you put the bag up front, not really blocked by anything so that we can see how awesome it is.
